Caltrans Standing
IDCI holds DBE certification through the CUCP, Certification No. 32447, certified by the City of Los Angeles, and is a 2026 graduate of the Caltrans Business Development Program. IDCI has not yet performed on a direct Caltrans contract; our program graduation reflects Caltrans’ own assessment of our readiness to compete for and deliver its work, and we are actively seeking our first engagement with the Department.
